He was able to bring a menu that accompanied our food allergies, was super informative on the menu as well as just having a fantastic demeanor and overall presence. I feel bad I can't give a name. We started with the oysters and tried one of each, our server identified each one for us and gave us. I ended up getting the bone in NY strip and it just absolutely melted in my mouth. Crab fried rice as a side and that was very tasty as well. My girlfriend got the Filet Mignon Oscar style and was incredibly happy. I had the smoked old fashioned and very much enjoyed that. Will definitely be back. ”

I don’t think that I have ever received such impeccable service. Very timely. Every suggestion that Marco made was perfect. When we come back, we will definitely ask for him and can’t wait to try some new dishes. Marco helped to make my Mother’s Day super special by providing me with a single arrow at the end of the night. What a gem. ”

“ We had a lovely dinner at Eddie V’s and were impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly hospitable—valet, hostess, live music and our server all made us feel welcomed and well cared for. The ambiance is sophisticated and inviting, with white linen-draped tables, candlelight, and moody, elegant lighting that set the tone for a special evening. The cocktail menu was creative and enticing, and the Golden Hour cocktail was truly out of this world. Their wine list also had a solid selection to choose from. We started with their delicious warm bread and a warm goat cheese salad that was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. I ordered the evening’s special: two 3 oz filets with tempura-battered lobster tails. While I requested the filets medium rare, they unfortunately arrived well done. I chose not to send them back to avoid interrupting the flow of our evening—but to our server’s credit, he took the entree off our bill without hesitation. That kind of service and accountability goes a long way and was much appreciated. The interior design was beautiful throughout, and I especially loved the covered valet area with the water feature—it made for an elegant entrance and exit. The only (very minor) critique I have is the absence of crumb sweepers between courses; with bread that good, crumbs were inevitable! All in all, a wonderful night out and I would absolutely return—next time, hopefully with a perfectly cooked filet! ”

They surprised us with complimentary champagne glasses and a birthday dessert. The ambience/decor was nice, but it was a little too dark in there as far as the lighting for our liking, but it didn't ruin the experience. We enjoyed ourselves and had a good time. ”

“ Tonight was our 3rd time dining at this Eddie V's location. My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary and the overall experience couldn't have been topped! The service was absolutely spot on (Phil). The food was amazing as always. I cannot recommend enough if you're looking for a special dining experience! The only negative is we made reservations via open table a couple of weeks ago and still had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. Other than that, I can't recommend high enough for our overall experience. ”
